Once your site is ready for the Quasar Elite equipment
to be installed, our installation team will come in and fit the network units, the network, set of scoreboards, computer monitor, printer and keyboard. The charging system will be fitted in the vesting room and the entire system will be commissioned.Installation should take approximately 2–3 days including training.
Site installation and commissioning is included in all quotations but due to the fact that installations can be anywhere in the world, travel, board and subsistence are worked out and invoiced separately,
but will be agreed with you prior to installation.
STAFF TRAINING
Upon installation of a site we will train key members of your staff in all aspects of running a successful Quasar Elite site. We will show you how to set up and run games, hold a briefing, use the booking system, perform a gun test to ensure everything is working fine, and anything else we feel is necessary to help get you up and running using the Quasar Elite package.
