One of the biggest reasons for a Lasertag site to fail is the equipment not being maintained properly. Due to the nature of Lasertag, even the most ‘indestructible’ brands will eventually start to develop problems. If these problems are not resolved, the equipment will either become unreliable or stop working all together.

If one pack were to stop working for one day, running 18 games a day at £5 a game, you could lose up to £90 a day. That may not sound much in the grand scale of things, but if that pack were out of action for a week during school holidays, you could lose up to £630 in that week! Again, that is just a single pack out of a potential 60. However, as each pack is liable to be treated much the same as the next; it is possible that more than one will have problems.

A pack doesn’t have to be completely out of action for it to cause problems. If a site were to have unreliable equipment, customers soon pick up on this and would soon start going to your compeditors.

We have virtually built our entire parts and maintenance business on our ability to deliver a fast, reliable and consistent level of back-up anywhere in the world. Far from just buying some new equipment, you will receive a level of service that will keep your equipment earning money for you, consistently, throuout the year.

Each Quasar Elite site has a comprehensive spares kit provided as part of the price. As part of the installation we train a member of your staff in how to perform a gun test and swap out any parts that may be causing a problem.

All main parts of both the Phaser and Vest are component based, meaning they are ‘plug on/off’ and can be easily swapped in minutes. The problem part is then returned to us, and the day it is received, we will repair or replace it and return it to you.

At least one of everything is included in the spares kit, meaning that no gun should be out of action for more than ½ an hour. Yes this is not a misprint ½ hour should be the maximum down time for any gun.In addition to this, we offer full telephone support, 7 days a week from 9am–9pm, so should you need any help or advice you know you can speak to an engineer direct.

Every Quasar Elite Package is covered by a full warranty for the first year. This covers all parts, repairs and labour for everything but vandal damage. This means that all a site has to do is swap over a faulty part and return it to us to do the hard work. This not only saves you many man hours a year, but also ensures you have a fully functional and reliable system that people will want to come back and play time and time again

Included in the Quasar Elite Package is our full parts and labour warranty. This is available for a minimum of 3 years and as long as you like thereafter. This is a total parts and labour (you break it we replace it) warranty, it even covers such things as batteries when they stop working. This means you are guaranteed a fully functional and reliable system for life. So confident are we that we can sustain this level of service we have pegged the price for the first 4 years including the warranty year.
